ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING

  • The Department of Electronics and communication Engineering was started in the year 2007 with an intake of 120 students.
  • The department has well equipped laboratories and very good infrastructure in terms of classrooms, library and qualified staff.
  • Our Department has effectively practicing the mentorship program and has active EC students association-EAGERS to showcase the talents of our students.

  • Graduates of the program will accomplish academic excellence and expertise in technical and professional careers.
  • Graduates of the program will demonstrate strong mathematical, scientific and engineering breadth in the field of Electronics and Communications Engineering which eventually motivates them to pursue higher studies and excel in research activities.

  • The HDL lab is a Hardware Description language and can be implemented on either FPGA/CPLD development board.
  • Students are trained in two HDL languages using Xilinx software i) VHDL and ii) Verilog.
