Faculty Development Program on Life Skills
WA 3-day Faculty Development Program on “Life Skills” was conducted in the Institute in association with Bakthivedanta Academy for Culture and Character Education (BACCE), Mangaluru from 26thto 28thSeptember 2018. Dr. Pradeep, Project Director and Dr. Lavanya, Project Coordinator from Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports, Govt. of Karnataka, NIMHNS, Bengaluru were the resource persons. 31 faculties from SDM group of Institutions participated in the program. All the sessions were activity based addressing on Self-awareness, Effective communication. Binding and breaking qualities, Prejudice and its effect on communication, Decision making etc.
