4th International IEEE Conference for Convergence in Technology
The Institute organized 4thInternational Conference for Convergence in Technology (I2CT) sponsored by IEEE Bangalore section. The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Bindhu Madhav, Vice Chair, IEEE Mangalore sub section. In his inaugural address, Dr. Bindhu Madhav said that convergence is necessary in all stages of technology and therefore more research should happen on multidisciplinary concepts. This event was presided over by Dr. B. Yashovarma, Secretary, SDME Society, Ujire. Dr. Krupa Rasane, Senior Member, IEEE Bangalore section, Dr. Dattatreya Shankar Bormane, BOS, Pune University, Dr. Chanakya Kumar Jha, IEEE Sight Chair for Asia Pacific countries, Prof. Harish Patil, Publication Chair of the Conference, Dr. Ashok Kumar T., Principal and Dr. Basava T., Convener were also present during the inauguration. A total of 226 participants from various countries presented their papers in the conference.
