Instructions to students who apply for revaluation

FAQ

  1. What is the application fee including RV and Photocopy?
    Including everything and altogether, finally add Rs. 20=00 as application fee.
  2. Whether RV can be applied for Tech English and Constitution of India and
    Professional Ethics?

    No. Both are MCQ – OMR sheet answer papers processed by computers.
  3. Whose bank account details are to be mentioned in the application?
    Student’s Name, student’s USN, student’s e-mail ID, student’s mobile no. and
    student’s Bank A/c details (May be to receive part refund of fee if eligible, if any and
    information to the college for payment verification)
  4. Where to enter UTR No. or IMPS Ref. No.?
    In PDF application, student may type-in UTR No. or IMPS Ref. No. at the bottom.
    A provision is created in the DOCX format for the above, if not you may create.
  5. If unable to pay fee now, should the request letter be sent to the Principal’s
    email ID?

    No. It is mentioned that write a letter addressed to the Principal i.e., From: The student
    Name and USN, To: The Principal, SDM Institute of Technology, and send the
    scanned copy along with RV application. (Both should be sent to the class teacher)
  6. If payment is not successful to A/c SDMITUEXM, what shall I do?
    Alternative A/c No: SDMITUTUT and last 7 digits of USN
    IFSC: ICIC0000103
    Account type: Savings Bank (SB)
    Account Holder: SDM Educational Society
  7. Detained student/ course completed student: Despite the above, still payment is
    not possible, what shall I do?

    Check for another 2-3 days. If payment is unsuccessful, follow the procedure
    mentioned above under Sl. No. 5. Complete the payment on-line/ in person/ through
    friends within 3 days from the date of re-opening of the college.
