Best Paper Award at International Conference – March 1, 2026
On March 1, 2026, Dr. Rajatha P. Shetty, Librarian at SDM Institute of Technology (SDMIT), Ujire, received the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on “Readers are Leaders” held at Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur.
Her research paper, “Empowering Readers as Leaders: The Role of Academic Libraries in Bridging Information Literacy Gaps,” was recognized for its scholarly excellence and practical relevance.
The conference was jointly organized by leading library and academic associations of Karnataka.
The award was presented by Dr. Shobha G. from the Department of Collegiate Education, Government of Karnataka.
