Dr. Gopal Mugeraya, Director, NIT Goa, during his visit to SDM Institute of Technology, Ujire, on 18th Dec. said ‘Teaching is a profession that creates all other professions. Only those teachers who dedicate themselves to teaching profession would succeed and contribute immensely in developing a healthy and peaceful society’. He interacted with the faculty members and expressed happiness over the progress made by the institute.

A 2-day Intercollegiate Science Fair called Experia-2k19 was conducted at SDMIT on 30th Nov and 1st Dec. for PU students. Bhat, Distinguished scientist (retired) ISRO/ISAC, was the Resource person of the event.  He Spoke about various Rover Landing Mechanisms and missions.
